GOE Rock
Sliders
Our rock sliders are made from 6mm alloy and bolt into existing holes
within the D3 lower panels. Unlike other designs, they are designed to
wrap around the lower sills, without extending and bolting into the
chassis rails. This is important, as the chassis and body are separate
load-bearing structures, unlike most other 4WD's.
The sliders can be ordered with the optional "stand-off" bars. These
4mm thick tubes, which can also effectively be used as side-steps,
extrude 120mm out from the underside of the car, protecting the lower
sides of the vehicle from side impacts.
Advantages of the GOE design:

(less than 20kg!!)

compromising of ground clearance under sill (minimal
for RRS)
- Does
not connect to chassis, so no effect on side
air-bags or chassis vibration
- No
drilling or cutting required - uses existing
bolt-holes
- Without
side-bars: D3/4 - $690/pair, RRS - $790/pair
- With
side bars: D3/4 - $1265/pair, RRS - $1695/pair
